酸洗板就是熱軋板通過(guò)除磷等工序用酸洗表面得到比熱軋表面性能更好的鋼板，冷板是指在常溫狀態(tài)下軋制而成的鋼板，由于冷軋應(yīng)力大，一般要經(jīng)過(guò)退火工序。區(qū)別二：生產(chǎn)工藝不同，酸洗板是以優(yōu)質(zhì)熱軋薄板為原料，經(jīng)酸洗機(jī)組去除氧化層、切邊、精整的過(guò)程，冷板則是在常溫下軋制而成。熱軋酸洗涂油板是汽車業(yè)需要的新鋼種，其較好的表面質(zhì)量、厚度公差、加工性能，可以替代車身覆蓋件和以往用冷軋板生產(chǎn)的汽車零部件，由此降低原材料成本10%左右。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展，汽車的生產(chǎn)也大幅增加，板材的使用量不斷提高，國(guó)內(nèi)汽車行業(yè)許多車型的零部件原設(shè)計(jì)要求使用熱軋酸洗板，如：轎車的副車架、車輪輪輻、前后橋總成、卡車箱板、防護(hù)網(wǎng)、汽車大梁以及零配件等，由于國(guó)內(nèi)熱軋酸洗板的供應(yīng)不足，汽車廠一般用冷板或熱板代替或自行酸洗。
