彩涂卷預(yù)處理工藝 1、在進(jìn)行彩涂卷線設(shè)計(jì)時(shí),首先要考慮的三個(gè)基本要素為:質(zhì)量、產(chǎn)品的多樣化、高產(chǎn),隨著彩涂卷需求量的增加,對(duì)這三個(gè)要素的要求更加嚴(yán)格。影響涂層機(jī)組生產(chǎn)的因素很多,如帶鋼預(yù)處理、涂機(jī)和固化爐等,但最關(guān)鍵的兩個(gè)因素是涂機(jī)和固化爐。預(yù)處理工藝的主要目的是除去帶鋼表面的油脂和雜質(zhì),并通過(guò)鈍化,在鋼板表面形成一層化學(xué)轉(zhuǎn)化膜,以提高涂層與帶鋼基板間的附著力和帶鋼耐腐蝕能力。預(yù)處理工藝為:脫脂※刷洗※熱水沖洗※表面調(diào)整※熱水沖洗※鈍化※烘干。 2、表面調(diào)整是生產(chǎn)某些產(chǎn)品時(shí)在磷酸鹽或鉻酸鹽處理之前增加的一種表面處理工藝。使用含Ni、F離子的弱酸性藥劑對(duì)帶鋼表面進(jìn)行噴淋處理,其目的是提高涂層性能和涂敷型鈍化劑的附著能力,并去除鍍鋅基板表面晶粒邊界處析出的Al、Pb等物質(zhì),這種工藝尤其以日本的為代表。鈍化通常需使用磷酸鹽或鉻酸鹽對(duì)基板進(jìn)行處理,鈍化方法主要有噴淋型、浸入型和涂敷型。隨著用戶對(duì)涂膜均勻性要求越來(lái)越高和人們對(duì)環(huán)境保護(hù)的日益重視,涂敷型鈍化方法倍受關(guān)注。涂敷型鈍化采用輥涂法將處理液涂敷到帶鋼表面,形成金屬與涂層之間的隔離膜。采用這種方法,鈍化過(guò)程容易控制且膜厚均勻,同時(shí)廢液很少或幾乎沒(méi)有,有利于環(huán)境保護(hù)。 3、在預(yù)處理工藝布置上有兩種設(shè)計(jì),一種是在入口活套前設(shè)預(yù)清洗段,活套后設(shè)預(yù)處理段,這種設(shè)計(jì)被歐洲的一些彩涂線供應(yīng)商普遍采用,如法塔·亨特公司;另一種設(shè)計(jì)是只在活套后設(shè)預(yù)處理段,活套前不設(shè)預(yù)清洗段,這種設(shè)計(jì)為亞州的彩涂線供應(yīng)商所采用,如新日鐵公司和浦項(xiàng)公司。第一種設(shè)計(jì)優(yōu)點(diǎn)是當(dāng)原料表面質(zhì)量不好時(shí),設(shè)置在入口活套前的預(yù)脫脂處理段可將來(lái)料表面的大顆粒雜質(zhì)處理掉,避免將大顆粒雜質(zhì)帶入活套,粘在活套的輥上,對(duì)后面的來(lái)料表面質(zhì)量產(chǎn)生影響,缺點(diǎn)是消耗大、成本高;第二種設(shè)計(jì)是考慮完全能在預(yù)處理段將帶鋼表面處理干凈,無(wú)需在活套前設(shè)預(yù)清洗段,增加運(yùn)行成本。 Color coating preprocessing process 1. Passivation usually requires the use of phosphate or chromate to treat the substrate, and the passivation methods mainly include spray type, immersion type and coating type. With users 'increasing requirements for coating uniformity and people's increasing attention to environmental protection, coating type passivation methods have attracted much attention. The coating passivation applies the treatment solution to the surface of the strip steel to form a separation film between metal and coating. Using this method, the passivation process is easy to control and the film thickness is uniform, with little or no waste liquid, which is conducive to environmental protection. 3. There are two designs in the pretreatment process layout, one is pre-cleaning section before the entrance cover and pretreatment section after the cover. This design is widely adopted by some paint line suppliers in Europe, such as Fatah Hunter Company; the other design is only pre-cleaning section after the cover, which is adopted by paint line suppliers in Asia, such as Nippon Railway Company and POSCO Company. The advantage of the first design is that when the surface quality of the raw material is bad, the pre-skim treatment section set before the inlet sleeve can dispose of the large particle impurities into the surface and the influence on the surface quality of the incoming material with the high consumption and high cost; the second design is to increase the operation cost.
