鋅的化學(xué)性質(zhì)活潑，在常溫下的空氣中，表面生成一層薄而致密的堿式碳酸鋅膜，可阻止進(jìn)一步氧化，而鋁在空氣中，可形成不能溶解的氧化物層，在其中起屏障保護(hù)功能；試驗(yàn)在同等厚度、鍍層、表面處理方式的熱鍍鋅鋼板與鍍鋁鋅鋼板的前提下。鍍鋁鋅比熱鍍鋅有優(yōu)異的耐腐蝕性。因?yàn)?/font>55%AL-Zn的密度比Zn的密度小,所以在重量相同和鍍金層厚度相同的情況下,鍍鋁鋅鋼板比鍍鋅鋼板的面積大3%以上。鍍鋁鋅由于力學(xué)性能的增加，內(nèi)層基材表面鍍層密度較好，含錳量相對(duì)高，因此鍍鋁鋅在普通焊接條件下無(wú)法焊接，只能通過鉚釘?shù)绕渌竭B接。在焊接方面熱鍍鋅鋼板表現(xiàn)較好。普通熱鍍鋅產(chǎn)品通常使用溫度不超過230度，250度是會(huì)變色，而鍍鋁鋅板可在315度的環(huán)境下長(zhǎng)期使用不變色。

Ordinary hot-dip galvanized products usually use the temperature is not more than 230 degrees, 250 degrees will change color, and aluminized zinc plate can be used in 315 degrees of environment for a long time does not change color.
