鋅的化學(xué)性質(zhì)活潑,在常溫下的空氣中,表面生成一層薄而致密的堿式碳酸鋅膜,可阻止進一步氧化,而鋁在空氣中,可形成不能溶解的氧化物層,在其中起屏障保護功能;試驗在同等厚度、鍍層、表面處理方式的熱鍍鋅鋼板與鍍鋁鋅鋼板的前提下。鍍鋁鋅比熱鍍鋅有優(yōu)異的耐腐蝕性。因為55%AL-Zn的密度比Zn的密度小,所以在重量相同和鍍金層厚度相同的情況下,鍍鋁鋅鋼板比鍍鋅鋼板的面積大3%以上。鍍鋁鋅由于力學(xué)性能的增加,內(nèi)層基材表面鍍層密度較好,含錳量相對高,因此鍍鋁鋅在普通焊接條件下無法焊接,只能通過鉚釘?shù)绕渌竭B接。在焊接方面熱鍍鋅鋼板表現(xiàn)較好。

Due to the increase of mechanical properties of aluminized zinc, the surface coating density of the inner substrate is good, and the manganese content is relatively high, so the aluminized zinc can not be welded under ordinary welding conditions, and can only be connected by rivets and other parties. In welding, hot-dip galvanized steel plate performance is better.
