What is a hot-rolled coil?

熱軋卷板是以板坯（主要為連鑄坯）為原料，經(jīng)加熱后由粗軋機組及精軋機組制成帶鋼，從精軋最后一架軋機出來的熱鋼帶通過層流冷卻至設(shè)定溫度，由卷取機卷成鋼帶卷，冷卻后的鋼帶卷，根據(jù)用戶的不同需求，經(jīng)過不同的精整作業(yè)線（平整、矯直、橫切或縱切、檢驗、稱重、包裝及標志等）加工而成為鋼板、平整卷及縱切鋼帶產(chǎn)品。

Hot-rolled coil is made of slab (mainly continuous casting) and heated from coarse rolling unit and refined rolling unit. Hot steel strip from the last mill is cooled from laminar to set temperature by the coil. After cooling, the steel strip coil are processed by different finishing operation lines (leveling, straightening, transverse cutting, inspection, weighing, packaging and marking) according to different needs of the user.
