家電生產(chǎn)過程的節(jié)能減排近年來也得到了高度重視，許多地方政府已經(jīng)限制新上噴涂生產(chǎn)線，并要求對排放不達(dá)標(biāo)的舊噴涂線進(jìn)行環(huán)保改造，這將促使家電企業(yè)直接采用彩涂板，放棄原來的鍍鋅或者冷軋板磷化噴涂工藝，部分工作環(huán)境較好的室內(nèi)家電外殼材料正在考慮用較低膜厚的彩色耐指紋鋼板代替噴粉鍍鋅鋼板或pcm彩涂板。
