以熱軋帶鋼為基板的熱鍍鋅產(chǎn)品具有生產(chǎn)成本低廉、可生產(chǎn)厚規(guī)格2.0-6.0毫米產(chǎn)品等優(yōu)勢，且這些優(yōu)勢是冷基鍍鋅板很難具備的。在新能源汽車結(jié)構(gòu)件、高端家電外置件、建筑結(jié)構(gòu)件、高速公路護(hù)欄、倉儲等領(lǐng)域，熱基鍍鋅占有重要位置，且正在逐漸取代價格較高的冷基鍍鋅板。據(jù)了解，現(xiàn)階段國內(nèi)僅有極少數(shù)鋼廠可批量生產(chǎn)，熱基鍍鋅板具有表面質(zhì)量高、力學(xué)性能和成形性能優(yōu)良、生產(chǎn)成本低的顯著特點，受到市場的廣泛關(guān)注。
