家電行業(yè)用彩涂板分為貼膜板和預(yù)涂彩板兩大類(lèi)，貼膜板主要有VCM板（貼PVC膜的板）和ECM板（貼PET膜的板）。VCM板是在鋼板預(yù)處理后涂上膠黏劑后，在一定溫度下層壓PVC膜而成，由于PVC膜中含有氯和增塑劑而存在環(huán)保問(wèn)題，出口受到限制；ECM板則是在鋼板預(yù)處理后輥涂一定厚度的涂層，高溫烘烤固化后，迅速層壓PET膜制備而成，PET膜的質(zhì)量好壞、膜與涂層的附著力及底漆與基材的附著力對(duì)ECM板的質(zhì)量都有影響。ECM板的涂層可以是單涂層、雙涂層或者三涂層，較常用的是有底漆和面漆的雙涂層；單涂層貼膜底漆必須既有較好的柔韌性，又有優(yōu)良的附著力；三涂層貼膜板是將中涂、面漆及PET膜的效果結(jié)合起來(lái)，得到特殊效果的貼膜板，目前市場(chǎng)生產(chǎn)量還不是很大。

家電品種繁多，PCM板的應(yīng)用需要滿(mǎn)足不同種類(lèi)家電的性能要求。比如洗衣機(jī)需要優(yōu)異的耐鹽霧性、耐濕熱性和耐堿性；而微波爐對(duì)柔韌性要求很高，因?yàn)樵诩庸み^(guò)程中某些部位需要對(duì)折；而空調(diào)室外機(jī)則因?yàn)槭褂铆h(huán)境的原因?qū)δ秃蛐杂幸欢ǖ囊?，所以在配方設(shè)計(jì)時(shí)，通過(guò)對(duì)提供不同特性的組份進(jìn)行調(diào)配，得到想要的性能。

PCM板底漆涂料主要組份包括中高分子量的聚酯樹(shù)脂、特制改性樹(shù)脂、氨基樹(shù)脂、聚氨酯樹(shù)脂及環(huán)保型防腐顏料組成。該體系的特點(diǎn)是與面漆的配套性好，柔韌性與附著力綜合性能優(yōu)異，有較好的防腐蝕性能，通過(guò)各組分調(diào)配，該底漆配套面漆的耐中性鹽霧可以達(dá)到360小時(shí)。

家電板的厚度規(guī)格相對(duì)集中，大多使用0.40~0.80mm厚的產(chǎn)品。但大型家電用材的寬度比較特別，寬度一般在500~700mm，必須加工時(shí)套裁來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。厚度偏差一般要求負(fù)公差，公差范圍較小，特別要求同板厚度差較小，長(zhǎng)度、寬度偏差一般要求正公差。
