按后處理的形態(tài)，鍍鋅板分為鈍化、涂油、鈍化涂油、漆封、磷化或不處理等類別。(1)鈍化鍍鋅板：鈍化鍍鋅板是為了減少在潮濕條件下產(chǎn)生白銹，在鍍鋅以后的產(chǎn)品表面進(jìn)一步涂敷一層鈍化保護(hù)膜。按鈍化膜，的種類又分為六價鉻鈍化、三階鉻鈍化、無鉻鈍化等產(chǎn)品，一般不用于鋅鐵合金板。(2)涂油鍍鋅板：涂油的目的同樣是為了防止產(chǎn)品受潮而產(chǎn)生白銹。但由于防銹油極易揮發(fā)或被擦除，所以只能在使用之前發(fā)揮作用。涂油的方法有靜電涂油和輥涂油等。如果要防止產(chǎn)品在使用期內(nèi)產(chǎn)生白銹，最好采用鈍化加涂油的辦法。彩涂基板比較適宜輕涂油處理，所涂的油能在彩涂線前處理中被清洗去除。(3)漆封鍍鋅板：漆封俗稱耐指紋產(chǎn)品，為了防止鍍鋅產(chǎn)品在加工過程中留下指紋，在鍍鋅后的產(chǎn)品表面再涂覆一層極薄的耐指紋保護(hù)膜，同時也能提高產(chǎn)品的耐腐蝕性能和產(chǎn)品的涂裝性能。適用于家電產(chǎn)品的特殊需要。(4)磷化鍍鋅板。
