彩鋼屋面一般采用彩鋼壓型板或彩鋼復(fù)合夾芯板。彩鋼壓型板是采用鍍鋅（或鍍鋁鋅）基板涂覆彩色涂層后形成的彩涂板軋制成型。單層彩鋼壓型板重量輕、強度高、制作安裝方便，但導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)大，隔音效果差；對有保溫、隔音要求的屋面，可采用雙層彩鋼壓型板中間填充保溫材料（如玻璃絲棉、巖棉等）或采用彩鋼復(fù)合夾芯板，彩鋼夾芯板為雙層彩鋼板與保溫材料在工廠通過粘結(jié)劑預(yù)先復(fù)合成型，因此具有抗彎剛度高、整體性能好等優(yōu)點，使用范圍越來越廣。
