耐指紋處理是一種在金屬板表面進行化學與電化學處理后，賦予鍍鋅層表面耐指紋性與一定程度耐蝕性的過程，是在鍍鋅板表面進行耐指紋處理后得到的一種復合涂層板。

Fingerprint resistance is a process of giving surface fingerprint resistance and corrosion resistance to a certain degree of zinc after chemical and electrochemical treatment on the surface of metal plate. 耐指紋處理工藝主要有兩類

There are two main types of fingerprint-resistant processing processes

?一類是鍍鋅板經(jīng)鈍化處理后，再在鈍化膜上涂有機涂層（耐指紋膜），其涂敷方式主要采用輥涂。

?另一類是在鍍鋅的鈍化液中添加有機樹脂和膠態(tài)二氧化硅，鍍鋅帶鋼通過鈍化槽后在其表面形成具有耐蝕性和耐指紋性的復合涂層，其涂敷方式主要有電解涂敷和輥涂方式。

目前國內(nèi)外一般均采用第一種工藝生產(chǎn)耐指紋板。
