相信彩涂板的面漆的問題困擾了不少人許久，那為什么總會遇到彩涂板掉漆呢？

彩涂板的面漆又分為面漆種類、面漆厚度、烘烤時間。面漆種類可分為：普通PE聚酯面漆（一般用)，PVDF氟碳樹酯面漆（化工用)，SMP聚酯面漆（而溫，耐磨用)，HDP高耐候樹酯面漆（海洋氣候環(huán)境外用)，HPC自清潔面漆（粉塵污染用)，抗菌聚酯面漆（醫(yī)療潔凈環(huán)境用)。

除了面漆種類就是面漆厚度了，不管哪種面漆種類，要達到品質(zhì)要求必須要達到一定的涂膜厚度，大鋼廠彩涂板，正面漆一般在18-25um,反面漆一般在8-15um。就像人穿衣服一樣，只有把面漆的厚度做足了才能充分抵御外來環(huán)境的侵蝕。再一次就是烘烤時間了，當面漆種類很好，面漆膜厚達到，如果烘烤時間不夠，面漆就很容易產(chǎn)生粉化和脫落。大鋼廠烘箱比小廠一般都要長50-200米。

還有就是很多的客戶把彩鋼卷運到加工廠后，一壓制成型就掉漆，或者是把漆面括花，這一般就是壓制方式不對，或是鋼卷面漆烘烤時間不夠，主要原因一般在設(shè)備上，有的設(shè)備差，滾輪上有很多的毛刺。

很多工程在彩鋼板安裝的時候，出現(xiàn)工人不小心用利器劃傷面漆，或是在鋼板大小不一進行切割的時候，有紅熱的切割鐵屑掉到面漆上，對面漆產(chǎn)生燒灼破壞。彩鋼板的面漆本身是一個整體的，如果局部出現(xiàn)劃傷，或是燒灼，那就會以點代面的出現(xiàn)紅銹，穿孔，最后大面積的生銹漏雨。還有一個不可避免的就是鉚釘，鉚釘必定會打穿鋼板，讓彩鋼板現(xiàn)現(xiàn)切面，經(jīng)過雨水流過形成銹蝕。
