鍍鋅貨架的原材料都是選用的熱鍍鋅鋼卷，加工后不需求再進(jìn)行表面處置，直接就是成品，這一點(diǎn)和不銹鋼商品很相像。而一般的貨架是選用的一般鋼材進(jìn)行加工，最后再進(jìn)行表面處置（除銹、除油、噴涂）

熱鍍鋅的鍍層較厚，一般為30-65μm，甚至高達(dá)100μm，鍍層防銹蝕能力較高，適合于戶外和特定條件下的鋼鐵制件，如高速公路圍欄、電力鐵塔、大尺寸緊固件、冷庫貨架等部件的長期防銹。在倉庫貨架中使用鍍鋅立柱，能夠大幅提高貨架的防銹蝕能力，使用年限可長達(dá)十幾年，且表面鍍鋅層附著力強(qiáng)和硬度大，不容易脫落。
