Galvanized sheet and stainless steel are made of thick hot rolled billet through cold rolling processing, so the thinner the thickness, the more processing times, the greater the cost. That is why thin ones are more expensive than thick ones. Moreover, the plates have a negative thickness difference range, not necessarily enough thick, so the customers should explain your negative difference range to the supplier when ordering a tablet.

鍍鋅板是指表面鍍有一層鋅的鋼板，不銹鋼是指不銹耐酸鋼。鍍鋅是一種經常使用的經濟而有效地的防水方法，是為避免鋼板表面遭到生銹縮短其使用壽命，在鋼板表面涂以一層金屬鋅，這種涂鋅的鋼板稱作鍍鋅板。不銹鋼是不銹耐酸鋼的全稱，耐空氣、蒸汽、水等弱生銹介質或具備不銹性的鋼種稱作不銹鋼；而將耐化學生銹介質（酸、堿、鹽等化學浸蝕）生銹的鋼種稱作耐酸鋼。鍍鋅板由于涂鍍工藝中處理方式有所不同，表面狀態(tài)也有所不同，如普通鋅花、細鋅花、平坦鋅花、無鋅花以及磷化處理的表面等。不銹鋼指耐空氣、蒸汽、水等弱生銹介質和酸、堿、鹽等化學浸蝕性介質生銹的鋼，又稱不銹耐酸鋼。
