目前國(guó)內(nèi)新建現(xiàn)代化豬場(chǎng)，越來越多的豬舍采用輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)形式。輕鋼結(jié)構(gòu)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)“工廠化制作、裝配化施工”，更易于保障工期和施工質(zhì)量，比較適用于豬場(chǎng)這類建設(shè)地點(diǎn)偏僻，總體建筑面積不大的項(xiàng)目。

圍護(hù)結(jié)構(gòu)板材常用的為鍍鋅彩涂板、鍍鋁鋅彩涂板、鋁錳鎂合金板、不銹鋼板、鈦鋅板等。目前不銹鋼板、鋁錳鎂合金板僅個(gè)別豬場(chǎng)項(xiàng)目有采用，豬舍采用較多的為鍍鋅彩涂板和鍍鋁鋅彩涂板。

彩涂板都是由基板、鍍層、涂層組成。影響防腐性能的主要是涂層和鍍層。按照鍍層材質(zhì)的不同分為鍍鋅彩涂板和鍍鋁鋅彩涂板。金屬鋁在防腐上有其獨(dú)到之處該金屬在空氣中會(huì)迅速形成致密而厚實(shí)的氧化鋁膜，這種氧化鋁膜的迅速形成阻止了腐蝕的進(jìn)一步侵入。鍍鋁鋅板利用了鋁的氧化膜遮蓋保護(hù)作用與鋅對(duì)鐵的電化學(xué)保護(hù)作用，一般認(rèn)為較鍍鋅板有更好的防腐性能，但是鍍鋁鋅對(duì)于氨水的耐腐蝕性能較鍍鋅材料差很多，所以在畜禽舍環(huán)境不建議采用鍍鋁鋅。
