天溝是鋼結(jié)構(gòu)廠房中較難選材的構(gòu)件之一,目前常用的有鋼板的,彩板的,不銹鋼板的。

彩鋼屋面由結(jié)構(gòu)層、保溫層和面板層構(gòu)成，結(jié)構(gòu)層以“C”型鋼和“Z”型鋼為主；保溫層現(xiàn)場(chǎng)填充時(shí)多為玻璃絲棉、巖棉，當(dāng)保溫層為聚苯或聚氨酯時(shí)，通常與彩鋼板在工廠內(nèi)預(yù)先復(fù)合成型（稱為彩鋼復(fù)合夾芯板）；面板層主要有彩色壓型鋼板、彩鋼復(fù)合夾芯板。

彩鋼壓型板基板厚度一般為0.3mm～1.0mm，壓型后具有一定的剛度和承載能力，屋面外板應(yīng)盡量選用厚度較大、鍍鋅基層質(zhì)量好的彩板軋制。
