1、分條：按客戶要求將大條分小條，如0.5*1000*C,用寬度1000mm可以分成1000mm以內(nèi)的規(guī)格。

1、Section: according to the customer requirements, the large and small sections, such as 0.5 * 1000 * C, with the width can be divided within 1000mm into 1000mm specifications.

2、開(kāi)平：卷板剪成平板，即將一卷鋼板，剪成一件長(zhǎng)方形或正方形的平板，或大件板剪成小規(guī)格的板。

2、Kaiping: the rolling plate is cut into a flat plate, namely a roll of steel plate, which is cut into a rectangular or square flat plate, or a large plate is cut into a small size plate.

3、分卷：大卷分小卷，規(guī)格不變。

3、Volume: large volume into small volume, specifications unchanged.

4、飛邊：去掉卷板的毛邊。

5、重卷：又稱回卷。一卷打開(kāi)了的板再卷起來(lái)，一般是打開(kāi)看看鋼板有沒(méi)質(zhì)量問(wèn)題。

6、縱剪：剪邊，針對(duì)的是平板。

還有粗加工：沖壓、折彎拉伸，像臉盆之類的凹件就是深沖。

黑色烤箱外殼是以DX51D或DX53D鍍鋅板為基板的亞光黑、磨砂黑、高光黑彩涂板，顏色、紋路可以按客戶所需定制。

彩涂板加工時(shí)有許多與普通鋼板不同的地方，由于彩涂板表面有一層涂膜，在經(jīng)剪切、沖孔、彎曲和連接等加工工序，制成各種不同用途的制品，應(yīng)予以注意，以防加工時(shí)涂膜受損而影響產(chǎn)品外觀及壽命。

1、剪切加工：應(yīng)盡可能減少切斷面的毛刺，并清除剪切時(shí)的金屬粉，同時(shí)在下面鋪上橡皮墊，以防彩涂板在堆垛、加工時(shí)損傷表面；

2、彎曲加工：加工前應(yīng)清除沖模、沖床等部件上的污垢和鐵銹；加工時(shí)的溫度最好控制在5攝氏度以上；若進(jìn)行輥壓加工，應(yīng)用硬質(zhì)材料制造軋輥（淬火鋼、模具鋼等）或軋輥表面鍍硬質(zhì)銘；

2. Bending processing: the dirt and rust on die, punch and other parts shall be removed before processing; the temperature during processing shall be controlled above 5 degrees Celsius; if roller pressing, use hard materials to manufacture roll (quenching steel, die steel, etc.) or roller surface;

3、壓力加工：進(jìn)行壓力加工時(shí)彩涂鋼板必須對(duì)它的基板和涂層類型加以慎重選擇；另外加工時(shí)要精心，金屬模的表面應(yīng)特別平滑，根據(jù)情況也在彩涂鋼板表面貼上保護(hù)膜，以保護(hù)涂層；

3, pressure processing: during pressure processing, the color steel plate must be carefully selected for its substrate and coating type; in addition, the processing should be careful, the surface of the metal mold should be particularly smooth, according to the situation, the color steel plate surface with protective film, to protect the coating;

4、連接：彩涂板可以進(jìn)行機(jī)械連接、焊接連接和粘接連接，但目前彩涂板的焊接設(shè)備與技術(shù)工藝尚處于研究實(shí)驗(yàn)階段，尚未成熟，用戶應(yīng)盡量采用機(jī)械連接方法。

4, connection: the color coating board can be mechanically connected, welding connection and bonding connection, but at present the welding equipment and technology of the color coating board is still in the research and experiment stage, not yet mature, the user should try to use the mechanical connection method.

5、彩涂板的切口斷面保護(hù)：在設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品時(shí)，盡量將切口置于隱蔽部分；當(dāng)使用鍍鋅板作為基板的彩涂板時(shí)，由于鋅具有犧牲極對(duì)鋼起保護(hù)作用，一般不必對(duì)切口斷面作特殊處理。只有那些與藥品、腐蝕性氣體接觸或在其他惡劣環(huán)境下使用時(shí)，才對(duì)切口斷面進(jìn)行保護(hù)。

5. Cutting section protection of color coating plate: When designing the product, put the incision in the hidden part; When the galvanized plate is used as the base plate, the steel. The cut sections are only protected for those in contact with drugs, corrosive gases or used in other harsh environments.
