（與熱鍍鋅對比）：熱鍍鋁鋅鋼板有優(yōu)異的耐腐蝕性，使用壽命是同等鍍層厚度的普通鍍鋅鋼板的2-6倍。

反射熱和光的能力是熱鍍鋅鋼板的2倍，反射率大于0.70，優(yōu)于EPA Energy Star（美國環(huán)保署 能源之星）規(guī)定的0.65，是理想的節(jié)能建筑材料。

普通熱鍍鋅產(chǎn)品通常使用溫度不超過230℃，250℃時會變色，而鍍鋁鋅板可在315℃環(huán)境下長期使用不變色。 耐熱鈍化處理的鍍鋁鋅鋼板，在300℃環(huán)境下120小時，其顏色變化較鋁板和鍍鋁板的變化均小。
