彩鋼板風(fēng)管

彩鋼板風(fēng)管分為單面彩鋼和雙面彩鋼兩種，單面彩鋼就是把原來的外部超細玻璃棉移到了內(nèi)部，也就是外面一層彩鋼，里面一層超細玻璃棉，雙面彩鋼就是在鐵皮風(fēng)管的保溫棉外再做一層鐵皮保護，在技術(shù)上較之鐵皮風(fēng)管并沒有太大的創(chuàng)新，實際上還是鐵皮風(fēng)管。改進點是用PVC插條取代了咬口和法蘭，保溫棉與彩鋼板一次復(fù)合成型，不需二次保溫。

鍍鋅鐵皮風(fēng)管

這是一種使用較早且目前仍然使用的一種通風(fēng)管道，使用鍍鋅鐵皮加工而成，適用于含濕氣量比較小的氣體輸送，但由于出現(xiàn)時間較早，存在很多不完善的地方，容易生銹，抗腐蝕能力較差，缺乏消聲和保溫功能，需要另設(shè)消聲器，并需另加保溫防護層，因而制作周期較長，且安裝不方便，使用時仍會存在較大噪音，使用壽命較短。
