閉式冷卻塔（也叫蒸發(fā)式空冷器、密閉式冷卻塔或封閉式冷卻塔）是將管式換熱器置于塔內(nèi)，通過流通的空氣、管外噴淋水與管內(nèi)循環(huán)水的熱交換保證降溫效果。由于循環(huán)水是管內(nèi)閉式循環(huán)，其能夠保證水質不受污染，很好的保護了主設備的高效運行，提高了使用壽命。外界氣溫較低時，可以停掉噴淋水系統(tǒng)，起到節(jié)水效果。隨著國家節(jié)能減排政策的實施和水資源的日益匱乏，近幾年密閉式冷卻塔在鋼鐵冶金、電力電子、機械加工、空調系統(tǒng)等行業(yè)得到了廣泛的應用。

在常規(guī)環(huán)境下（無酸堿），以鋅層10g/年（鍍鋁鋅板6g/年）的腐蝕進度來計算，該類板材可以防護25年，但因塔內(nèi)部為潮濕環(huán)境，腐蝕速度加大，對其使用年限將有所下降。

Galvanized sheet (275g zinc layer) / aluminized zinc sheet (150g zinc layer)
