電解板，又稱電鍍鋅板，是冷扎鋼板經(jīng)冷連軋機(jī)組軋制再經(jīng)過CAPL機(jī)組退火后，進(jìn)入電鍍鋅機(jī)組，通過表面清洗電鍍后，進(jìn)行磷化、鈍化、合金化、涂油、耐指紋等處理后所得的產(chǎn)品。鍍鋅基材為冷扎鋼板，強(qiáng)度比普通鍍鋅板高，耐腐蝕性能比普通鍍鋅板強(qiáng)，使用壽命比普通鍍鋅板長。電解板也是經(jīng)冷連軋機(jī)組軋制再經(jīng)過CAPL機(jī)組退火后，進(jìn)入電鍍鋅機(jī)組，通過表面清洗電鍍后，根據(jù)不同用途，可進(jìn)行磷化、鈍化、涂油及耐指紋、合金化等處理后所得的產(chǎn)品，其有關(guān)機(jī)械性能參照相對(duì)應(yīng)的基板。
