彩涂板卷使用鍍鋅鋼板為基板的彩色涂層鋼板，除有鋅保護外，鋅層上的有機涂層起了覆蓋隔離作用，可防止鋼板生銹，使用壽命比鍍鋅鋼板更長，據(jù)介紹涂層鋼板的使用壽命比鍍鋅鋼板長50％。
